Research
Through user interviews, I learned that reservations are crucial for users, who often refresh the site early in the morning or late at night in hopes of securing one.

Phase One Strategy
While integrating OpenTable alone wouldn't address all user issues, adding a button that directs users to the reservation site was an essential first step in alleviating these challenges. We anticipated further partnerships, and I designed the initial phase with the vision that reservations would expand to include additional platforms.

Phase Two Strategy
Phase Two leveraged OpenTable’s directory API to offering additional options for users to filter on The Infatuation platform.
My Role
Throughout the project, the design underwent multiple rounds of critiques from both design and development teams. I created prototypes and set up usability testing across web, mobile, and app platforms. I documented the results of these tests and shared them with the team, making improvements to the design based on real user feedback. Additionally, I collaborated with the Legal team to create documents necessary for obtaining sign-off from OpenTable and other stakeholders, ensuring open communication and a continuous feedback loop throughout the project.
